What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of Trading Cards all orders are final.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before shipment. A 10% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the refund. The 10% fee will be based on the total order value. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and becomes subject to the return policy.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, they are 100% authentic! All of our products come directly from official registered Pokémon distributors and trusted sources.
Will you send me a mint condition sealed product?
We take great care of all of our inventory in a temperature and humidity controlled room. We also take a lot of pride in our packaging to make sure that your product gets delivered in the best condition possible; however, minor manufacturer imperfections or carrier-related issues may occur after shipment and are out of our control. It is recommended to contact the carrier or manufacturer depending on the situation.
How can I get notified about restocks?
You can enter your email under the "Notify Me When Available" section. An email will be sent to you when it becomes available again!

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship across Canada. We are, however, planning on expanding in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Additionally, if you login to your account on our website, you'll be able to not only track your current order but also see all other orders you've placed with us in the past.
What can I do if my package was lost or damaged?
Once we ship out your order you'll receive a tracking number by email. Contact the carrier with this tracking number so that they can help you further resolve the issue.
