By placing an order at checkout, you agree to all terms, conditions, and policies listed on our website. All policies are subject to change without notice.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (may extend during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods).
  • Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Orders do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.
  • Same-day or next-day shipping may be available depending on order time, volume, and carrier cutoffs.

Where We Ship

  • We currently only ship within Canada.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Flat shipping rates and options are displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping may apply when order minimums are met (varies by destination and exclusions).
  • Flat rate shipping fees may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Carriers may include Canada Post, UPS, USPS, Purolator, FedEx, or equivalent services.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping addresses.
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed or shipped.
  • Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not our responsibility.
  • Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

  • Once an order is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • We are not liable for theft, porch piracy, or misplaced deliveries.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders may not be modifiable once fulfillment begins.
  • Cancellation or modification requests may be subject to restocking or processing fees (up to 10%) plus any shipping label fees (when applicable).
  • Orders can only be combined if requested before fulfillment.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.

Pre-Orders

  • Orders containing pre-order items ship only when all items are released.
  • Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellations or reductions of pre-orders may incur a 10% fee.
  • Release dates may change due to manufacturer delays.
  • Pre-order quantities may be adjusted due to allocation limits.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report damage or errors within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Photos and video of you opening the package of the item and packaging may be required.
  • Minor cosmetic packaging wear is considered normal and not damage.
  • Manufacturing defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
  • Damage due to shipping must be handled directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

Product Availability & Limits

  • Inventory is subject to availability.
  • If an item is oversold or unavailable, customers will be contacted.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, adjust orders, or cancel suspected resale orders.

Fraud Prevention

  • Orders may be verified through third-party fraud prevention services.
  • Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Ownership transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.
